One engagement, paid once · no retainer

Run an institutional raise end to end.

CapRaise holds the whole raise in one place: who you are pitching, what went out and when, who replied, and how much capital is actually committed. You write the pitch and set the cadence.

Your investor pipeline

Your list. Segmented the way a raise actually runs.

Every investor record belongs to your account and no one else's. Hold the fields that decide who to approach — type, stage and sector focus, the check range they write, location — and segment on them when you pick targets for this raise.

How it works

Four steps, and one number at the end of them.

01

Set up the raise

Your company profile, the instrument — SAFE, priced equity, convertible note or venture debt — the target amount and the close you are working toward. No call required.

02

Build and segment the list

Add investors with firm, type, stage and sector focus, the check range they write, and where they are. Segment on any of it when you decide who this raise is for.

03

Set the cadence

Sequence, spacing and sending window are yours to set and yours to change. Pause or resume the campaign at any point from your phone.

04

Work the pipeline

Every touch, reply, note and document sits on the investor record. The pipeline moves sourced → contacted → replied → meeting → diligence → committed, and the committed total is the number your board reads.

The campaign

One record of what went out, and what came back.

A raise falls apart in the gaps — the investor nobody followed up with, the reply that sat in a personal inbox, the commitment nobody wrote down. The campaign surface closes those gaps.

  • Every touch recorded against the investor, with the sequence step it belongs to
  • Replies logged and the pipeline stage moved with them
  • Cadence, spacing and sending window under your control, changeable mid-campaign
  • Notes and documents on the investor record, not in a thread
  • Pause and resume the whole campaign from a phone
  • A committed-capital total you can hand to your board

What the pipeline answers

Who has not been contacted yet?Sourced
Who replied and is waiting on me?Replied
What is on the calendar?Meeting
Who is reading the data room?Diligence
How much is actually committed?Committed

Those are the stages in the product, not an illustration. The same seven stages drive the pipeline, the analytics and the committed total.

Questions

The things founders ask first.

What do I get for the engagement fee?

One campaign engagement, paid once rather than on a retainer: the raise workspace, your investor list and segmentation, the outreach cadence, the pipeline through to committed capital, campaign analytics, and the document and note history behind every investor.

Do you provide the investor list?

No. The list is yours. Every investor record belongs to the account that created it, and no account can see another account’s list. You can add, edit, segment and export your own records at any time.

Does the outreach send itself?

No. You write the pitch and set the cadence, and the campaign is operated against it — the platform holds the sequence, the list, the pipeline and the record of every touch and reply. It will not mail your investors on its own while you are not looking.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. The engagement is a single payment, with no retainer and no per-seat charge. The price is set server-side and is the same number the checkout charges.

Who can see my raise?

Only you. Companies, raises, investors, outreach, notes and documents are all scoped to the owning account at the database level, so another customer cannot read your pipeline even by guessing an identifier.

Can I change the pitch mid-campaign?

Yes. The pitch, the cadence and the target segments can all be changed while a campaign is live, and the change applies to everything sent after it.

Your next raise, in one place.

Five minutes to set up. One payment. One record of the whole campaign.
